I love to see innovation still happening in slide gloves! I'm experimenting with a high end set of gloves that can be modded into slide gloves that the market doesn't offer yet: Schmitz Mittz Ulta Mittz gloves. They're extremely well reinforced but a bit stiff when they're new, and I'm trying to sort adhesives for soft side Velcro to be added. The stickiness of stock industrial Velcro is good, but could be stronger. Also if you get the chance, try puck stacking! It's super simple and you get tons more life out of your pucks- just take a spare set of fresh pucks and add soft side Velcro to them. This allows you to stack on used pucks that would be near the end of their life and wear them out 100% before throwing them away. Outstanding documentary BTW!

I personally make my own slide gloves using demolition construction gloves I get from work(for free) and Velcro. I like husky or Klein good quality leather lots of protection

I agree about the bam bams. When I buy new gloves I immediately put gaffer tape on the fingers - as it wears you just replace the tape.

I am currently Wearing cut resistance underlines under my cheap ass amazon sliders until I purchase a decent pair 😂. You definitely get what you paid for when starting out
