Currently using a cyma platinum qbs love it gearbox is great and accuracy is amazing. However the cyma mosfet will break so expect to need to replace it at some point if you purchase that gun.

#2 on low tier can you upgrade trigger ? I'm new to airsoft and it seams triggers are hard to pull fast for semi on the course, I have mp5 H&k one but looking for a ar for longer range

Alright, I’m gonna give you a bit of advice. Look into krytac, it’s spendy, but you’ll get a good m4 and it has good range. Save for it

Mp5 should have a version 2 gearbox, so you should have tons of options for internal upgrades

This sounds like your a paintball player lol Yes you can upgrade the trigger unit for almost any gun! I recommend changing out the trigger unit for a mosfet (gate titan or smth like that) which will give you a snapier gearbox, control the voltage, and also (if you pick the right one) give you a trigger you'd only have to touch to pull as well as giving you different types of trigger pulls (binary, burst, etc...). also upgrading your gearbox will give you a snappier trigger pull!

Depending on what you’ve got I’d upgrade the MP5, barrel length only increases the FPS partially and won’t do much accuracy wise. There’s a lot of opinionated arseholes in airsoft that will tell or advise you to buy this or that but the truth is, the sooner you learn how to tech on your own guns the better off you will be. the manufacturers on this list really aren’t worth the asking prices if you’ve experienced the junk internals used in them.

They have the EMG Helios EV01 which is essentially the Striker since it has the same internals. Cheaper too!

An ARP 9 and save up to HPA that bad boy you'll be golden for everything other than sniping even with the short asf barrel I managed to hit my friend 10/10 times from 50 meters with .32g bbs but beyond that it's a bit hit or miss at least stock with HPA it's a whole another story, hits 8/10 until 70 meters and even at 80 hits every now and then but good luck getting consistent hits. Don't bother calling me out for it I'll take the L any day I know what I got don't care what others say 😁

Looking at my first gun and CYMA platinum was one of the platforms top of my list. What's the major issue there?

@@DbM313 there's a huge list, the biggest factor is that if you use an 11.1v battery as intended, the ETU will just burn to a crisp with usage of semi-fire. I highly recommend getting a Specna Edge (not core) m4 and then getting a Perun V2 Hybrid ETU so you'll end up around the same price for an exponentially better gun

@@lefishe8303 Specna Edge SA-E13 Was on my list as well. My main concern was a lot of people stating QC was a major issue even after the intial issues first were supposedly addressed. I really like the Edge just a lot of mixed reviews so questioning it but fits my needs perfectly since I have multiple indoor and outdoor fields so the quick change spring to me is a need!

@@DbM313 the qc issues have been fixed for around a year now, the only problem they have is overspin when using an 11.1v battery, but that is fixed by an ETU of your choice

Why did he bother putting AEG edition in the title… just have it as the Holiday Edition, why do a weird clickbait AEG edition when nearly a third of them are not AEGs lol. Ps I’ll be asking Santa for that Silverback SRS 🤤 it’s been on my bucket list for a while now, but I’ll convert it to C02 to make the bolt pull easier & more realistic rather than a heavy spring #needmuscles 💪🏼

There are plenty of airsoft stores that are located in Asia.. And the cool thing is that usually you don't need to buy overpriced EMG/Cybergun/Umarexs versions of the guns to get trademarks.
