My husband is UK citizen and lives in uk .We got married on 29th of January 2020 in the UK. I'm a Canadian. I was stuck in the UK during COVID-19 and visa was extended my stay in UK twice by home office. When I asked 3rd time to extend home office said return to Canada. From wrong sources if I leave UK for few days to any other country in my return my visa will automatically start for 6months.That's why I went to Tenerife for 5 days .When I returned to UK Immigration stopped me and asked me why I'd returned. I bluntly replied that if I leave UK in return my visa will starts for 6months. Actually it was wrong informations, I was detained me for over eight hours. Finally released on one condition that's I've to apply my UK Spouse Visa within 14 days. We applied it but visa was rejected and said to leave UK and go back to Canada.I left UK voluntarily on 18th August 2022. Now I am in Canada. My question is can I apply uk spouse visa now ? Is it different procedure to apply then other or is the same....thank you.

Send Documents by Mail (Optional): While not officially encouraged, you could consider sending a copy of your degree certificate by certified mail to the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) office handling your application. Hi there i recently applied for a visitors visa and i was refused . On the bottom of my document it says "In relation to this decision, there is no right of appeal or right to administrative review". Should i bother trying to do the administrative appeal and provide more documents or should i just apply again ?

hi, i applied represantative of an overseas business visa march 2022. home office refused my aplication june 2022 and i applied administrative review. my AR application has succed april 2023. home office asked updated business documents and i sent them may 2023. i couldnt get the decision yet. we sent a pre-action protocol letter end of january 2024. home office respond in 14 days and they noticed "The Secretary of State has reviewed your request regarding the delay on your client's application. However, it is not possible to provide a timescale for completion of the application at this time. The issues raised in your representations have been noted and escalated to the relevant team." could you tell me what will happen now, how long does it take to have a decision. how should i do ?

Hi, my husband applied for Uk student visa along with me and my 2 kids being dependents. My husband and I received visa and later my visa was refused citing insufficient funds. And also my 2 children visas were also refused stating that their mom(me) has no visas. However we have shown sufficient funds in 2 banks and they have made decision evaluating only one bank. Hi! I recently got my uk skilled worker visa rejected yet not been given the refusal note only a paper from the checklist i submitted having 13.00 written on it .. i dont know what that mean do you know how i could figure out the actual reason behind refusal in details please ( i wasnt sent an email either)

Usually, the UK Home Office either sends an email or sends a physical copy of the notice stating the reasons for refusal. If you have received the passport with no visa vignette then you call or email UKVI regarding the same

Hello ma,is been 1 months 3 weeks since I submitted my passport after a overturned student dependent visa , I am yet to get my visa , done so many payed mail/ call but no response.. my admin review process has taken approximately 9 months.. Usually it takes around 4 weeks for them to send your passport back, however, if its been more than 4 weeks than you can another enquiry with the UK Home Office or visit VFS centre where you had submitted your passport

@@ChamanpreetSingh-id9ziI waited for more than a month but I didn’t receive any mail for passport submission, but someone shared his experience with me he said I don’t need to wait since my decision is overturned he suggested i submit a copy of my decision overturn letter and my passport at the VFS center which I did and I am still waiting for my visa.

Currently, it can take 12 months or more to receive the result of the administrative review. If you do not get a decision on your application within 6 months, the Home Office will contact you with an update.

Mine took more than 6 months after sending the correct document my application was refused I would advise you to do another application and I was given 28 days to submit the document..I sent it on day 8 bt still i just wasted time by waiting

I am from Nigeria,I applied for a student dependent AR on the 2nd of December 2022, decision overturned June 12 2023 payed additional IHS June 15 2023 and I submitted my passport with a copy of my overturned decision letter even without receiving passport submission mail on Monday, July 24th 2023 at the VAC..is over 2 months and I'm yet to receive any update as to when I will get my passport back. Have done so many paid mail/calls but the UKVI contact centre isn't helpful and just gives generic answers while refusing to escalate to the appropriate quarters. My AR process has taken approximately 10months.. Please could you kindly give details on the processing time for visas after a successful administrative review when a refusal decision has been overturned ? Should I be worried ??pls I need your professional advice

Generally, decisions on Administrative review is taking longer than expected. The standard processing time is 3-6 months, however, it is longer than that. if your decision has been overturned and you have paid for IHS then you dont need to worry about the application. You can also check the same with VAC regarding your passport Also, please note that the applicants are required to follow the instructions received by UK Home Office, if the UK Home Office has asked to submit the passport than only you have to submit the passport

I check in with the VAC twice physically and through mail but I was told that my passport is with the DMC , my review has taken approximately 11 months .how long do you think I am going to wait based on your experience? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process to get my visa ? Should I consult an immigration lawyer for help? Pls I need your advice

If your skilled worker is refused, then you can not apply again with the same CoS. You are required to obtain a fresh CoS from your employer and provide all relevant documents to the UK Home Office for a successful application

My visa was refused because my TB test results were not uploaded by the VFS team and also provided a mail Id where gmail is spelled as gmaiI with capital I instead of L. Mam i recently got refusal from uk in work permit visa because of a big mistake in ielts. I got 60 tradeable point where 70 is required. Home affairs not satisfied by my ielts certificate because it was standard not ukvi thats why they rejected and gived me 28 days for review now i have my another certificate which is ukvi ielts certificate I attended 2 times that’s why. In order to apply for a fresh skilled worker visa, You need to have a new CoS and UKVI IELTS General Training test report. In case you have all the documentations and you meet all the immigration requirement then the chances for your visa approval is high
