exactly , a small girl wouldn’t be able to use much explosive power or speed to actually get her legs around a dude that’s actively counter wrestling or has real intent to do harm. even a guy the same size as his attacker would have trouble doing this if they came from behind and bear hugged or rear naked choked his ass.

You need to be very strong to pick up someone who supposedly weighs so much more than you. You need to be very strong to pick up and potentially “launch” another adult human period. For this to actually work, the girl would have to be an absolute unit.
