Drowning person will just panic and forget everything

This is literally why I haven't learned to swim in deep water 😭😭

This guy has never drowned before, when you drown you don’t know what’s happening until it’s too late, you panic while trying to save yourself because of instincts. I managed to save myself by panicking, so yep. (Do not try to just flip all over the place, I’m just saying my experience)

I was inches on the edge of land. All I did was jumping in the water. I was short around 4.7 FT and I was in the 5 FT. I was just saying this in my mind. I never wanna die today.

I remember the time I almost drowned in an 7 feet pool, I kept jumping and jumping, I didn't knew the direction I'm going was actually getting deeper and deeper 7 feet to 11 feet. While no one was around because they were are in the cottage. Luckily my favorite cousin helped me. But I don't really call him my favorite cousin, I call him my best friend

Thank you for sharing this video it truly taught me how to get out of deep water my swimming instructor didn't teach me how to get to surface! You are giving life lesson skill this is very important in swimming thats number one reason why people drown because they don't know how to get to out of deep water, you should open swimming school! Today i jumped to 12 feet deep water and easily get out to the surface and i already knew how to swim, thank you for sharing this video with us!

I completely forgot I can do that, I almost drowned on a 6ft pool and luckily i swam holding my breath until my legs could feel the bottom of the pool. Thank you for remindng me this! :)

So my biggest fear is going into a pool deeper than 4 feet. 5 feet to be exact. 5 feet was my mortal enemy, and even though it was scary, I did it, and successfully didn’t drown or panic as it was actually nice. Im happy to give a shout out to my best friend for the support. 👏

Basically "how to swim when you don't know how to swim". This does work bros. When you're drowning you just panic and wrong intincts kick in making you drown more. Just learn how to swim.

If you are drowning and can't swim, just kick and move your arms then swim to the edge of the pool.

With this skill they won't be drowning unless injured or pinned down

if someone is "drowning" it's because he or she is already in panic. I love water. One of the hardest (for the audience haha) moments I had was when crossing a river the waters pulled me into the open sea so rapidly I was far from the shore. I just kept floating looking at the sky until I felt the water was calming down and then I started to swim back slowly.
