The premise is that the stock market has always gone up despite down periods. With that much money, you should be able to live off the interest alone. Simlly invest in an index fund to follow that bit of advise but i would also say to diversify your income stream by investing in realestate and businesses such as laundromat, self serve carwash, ice vending machines and similar businesses that require minimal employees.

No I'm going to go down to Oakland with the team and I'm going to take 500 million and find 500 people and make sure they're never homeless again or at least do my best and in doing so I'll probably do more with that little bit of money than the United States government and all of the cities and towns in the US have done in the last 10 years

Make sure it's scientifically measured. I want to know the statistics of how many homeless end up snorting, injecting or smoking their shares away. Then how many actually homeless actually end up with a solid future.

@@cashh1004 it's more in terms of purchasing a house fixing it up and then leasing it to him for a dollar a year on a lifetime lease if if they continue to be screw up we have the lease option to remove them

There is one thing that She does not say. Which is if you invest it you will pay investment tax extra. For me after paying 37 percent tax am done with investment am going straight to retirement.

You don't get double taxed on the initial $600 mil that you paid taxes on, just taxes on new income from the investments. So if you're gaining 9% annually, you're paying less than 0.14% of the larger amount.

Why does the advice to take the lump sum over the annuity leave out that one could also invest the annuity?? I wonder what the statistics are for how many go broke that took the annuity? The trend seems to be take the lump sum …go broke….🤔

Well, never bought a ticket, just daydreaming. As is at 88 years old, never knew the situation to be like seen on youtube/TV etc. Since i don't think folks should live outside. Many are mentally unable to adjust to being closed in. However rent is drastic with homes beyond reach of most.= so where do they go?=

I would invest the money & have it last forever. But what I would stipulate, is that the money would be used to fund MENTAL HEALTH CARE. I would want it to be used so that no American would ever have to worry about paying for therapy - that anyone hurting could get counseling & get it right away. I would really do that with the majority of the money.✌🏽🇺🇸💕
