In a bar i wouldn't do it but happens almost daily in public transport and i don't really wanna strike a convo there. Plus not much to look there so their gaze meeting your doesn't seem to mean anything. Besides i feel like if i stare at them too long i seem creepy. I can only recall 2 or 3 times where i was eyeballed so much that im pretty sure they liked what they saw. Last time recently when one kept looking at me and our gaze constantly met the issue was that i would guess she was in her mid 30s with a id say 7yo kid and im only 19. I guess i will keep looking at them next time to see what happens. Whats the worst that can happen after all.

You should go to a channel called *Teachingmensfashion*. He talks about everything there is to looking good, style, grooming, hygiene. You should also work out a couple times a week. A channel called *Athlean-X* is probably the best there is out there as a fitness coach. The guy is no bullshit and even has exercises you can do in your own house with literally nothing but your own bodyweight. As for being social and looking girls in the eyes and stuff. Try it. Force yourself into an uncomfortable situation that you can't get out of easily. Get out of your comfort zone. Join a club, ANY club(This is the easiest way to become more social since you're forced into it, and only need to sign in once.). When you see an old friend try to catch up. Be genuinely interested in what people have to say in a conversation. Learn from old mistakes. The worst thing that can happen in one of these cases is that it's awkward. But the benefit is definitely worth it. Often times I didn't know whether I wanted to do something or not that I was terrified of. And literally every time I did, even if I failed, I felt a hundred times better than if I hadn't actually done what I wanted to do. I know that this sounds stupid. But take this from someone who used to be a skinny 110 lb shy guy with ugly long hair and pimples who would sometimes just talk to 3 people in a day(And that counts just saying "Hi") and would never get looked at by girls EVER. Now I have gained 25 lbs of muscle mass in the last two years, I feel amazing, I have kissed girls who I could never imagine getting even the slightest bit of attention from a couple years ago. I know that you can become the best version of yourself. And I'm telling you this because I WISH someone would have told this to me YEARS ago. But it's absolutely never to late to make a difference. All it takes is one small step. I know that may sound stupid, but hey, if you wanna know how I started: I was just bored one night and started to do some pushups. If you want any help I'd be more than willing to help you out. Mainly because I never had anyone like that.

Im used to playing the "who stares away first" game with guys on transport and when walking toward eachother so i have no issues with staring guys down but somehow women are even harder to look in the eye for long periods of time. But its so irrational because a guy is far more likely to start toruble or even a fight over it than a girl if you stare them in the eyes yet its less stressful than to stare girls in the eye for long.

You only need money once you've started dating. If you just want to hook up for the night and don't have much money. Just arrive later when the girls have already had a few.
