I've been slandered, sold out, lost jobs and now worry and look after aging sick parents. Lord God help me to know you are always with me, you have plans and will help me. I am no Joseph and I am genuinely scared. 🙏😔

I wept during the prayer .it's been ten years but I can't over my mom's passing ... I miss her everyday I don't know how God can use that pain.

Keep praying and God will bring the opportunity to use that. Maybe someday you can help someone else who lost a loved one and is dealing with deep pain and their friends and family don't understand why they're still hurting years later. You know what that's like and you can be that compassionate person they need.

I'm so sorry for your pain. The Lord took my 2 little boys home early. I too am in deep sorrow and will never understand why.

I listened to this and took notes. Praise God for the life of Pastor Rick Warren. I experienced set backs many times from the people I loved, from my family and from people I gave much importance. This made me realized how much GOD loves me. I am not hopeless. God is hope and HE will take care of me. GOD BLESS YOU Pastor Warren. God bless your family and Saddleback Church!

Thanks that God made me stumble to this video. I was having a setbacks for a year because of uncertainty cause by thus Covid. But now, I understand why He gives me setbacks. Thank you Lord!

Wow I understand now. Eye opening, beautiful sermon. I was feeling down and dry and now I am filled with a new refreshing perspective on a certain issue in my life. Thank you for this sermon!😁 With setbacks right now from illness I'm needing to review and renew myself on the story of Joseph. The verse that says when Joseph talked to his brothers after he was promoted to work alongside pharoah "What you meant for harm, God meant it for good" helped me get through rape from a boyfriend. Helped me feel not completely broken and hopeless. With that verse and counseling I healed and later helped other women I've met in person and online who were raped and felt lost, scared, and alone and some felt they were going crazy from the thoughts and feelings they had. I first was a listening ear, then encouraged them and found resources in counseling or if they were still with the boyfriend also a women's shelter. From that experience, anything I go through I know I can apply it to help others.😁

Well I listen to number five when is regular the first tape on what do you do when I have a setback I listen to that six times. It’ll be interesting to see how this helps me I have a friend a dear friend I’m going to send it to who is definitely going to help thank you Rick

#6 I really wish there would have been a stronger focus on wrongful accusations that ruin peoples lives than to quickly shift to taking Potiphar's wife's defense, or rather the defense of those like Potiphar's wife who make false accusations.
