Thank you so much. Someone hit my parked car BAD tonight but they stayed behind and told me. We exchanged info and they were remorseful devastated but luckily they had insurance and I have all their information! Thanks for the info 🙂

Wow, so much bad info out there and this was perfect for what I needed. I was just hit by a Californian, and the wife, even though they slid into me because they were following waaaaay too close in icy conditions, tried to say they didn’t cause the damage and that it was already there. This video saved the day. I’ll call their insurance company (I went ahead and filed a police report anyways).

Always always call the cops! The other driver will admit fault at the scene and deny the second you leave

Great video! How about when your policy has lapsed, another vehicle hits you and they run and then the police claims they were not able to find the driver? This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. It happened near an interstate highway with 6 cameras read the scene and I just can't believe the police claims they don't have any information. Thanks

I got hit today in a different state of residence. I was hit in Alabama and I live in South Carolina. I did not get the man's name who hit me but we both had the same insurance company. The police told me to call MY insurance "I got hit from behind" and I did and she was oblivious to my call. So, I have a CASE # that I was told to give to my insurance company meanwhile my boyfriend is keeping his eye out for the man who hit me because he passes his house every day. Just trying to get his name and HOPEFULLY my car will get fixed.

Hopefully you notice this comment sooner than later! But yesterday me and my daughter were on our way to the grocery store, we used her moms car, and as I was attempting to go through my green light in the left lane so I could just continue going straight, a car pulled out in front of me last second trying to make a left turn to cross my lane of traffic, the light was not turning yellow nor did she have the right of way! I’ve never been in an accident before and I need help getting the damages taken care of. I’m 100% not at fault here and need help please.

I went fishing in half moon bay. When I came back to my car my car was totaled. All I got was CHP claim number on my windshield. It was a 5 car accident.I don’t know who was at fault what should I do?

Call the cops immediately, the guy that hit me claimed responsibility so i didnt call the cops for an incident report, the guy that hit me flipped the story and so now state farm insurance says it is his word against mine. He hit me from behind.

Horrible but happens! I pulled into the best, closest, and perfect parking spot at the movies.... My wife pointed out that I could not park in THAT spot! Yep, as I pulled out of the handicap spot I hit a woman! Thankfully, was not injured... but she was REALLY angry and perfectly in her right to be angry. I was hit by a car in downtown, and was truly pissed. Getting hit by a car is just emotionally unbeliveable. Anyway, she got up. grabbed her 4 year old daughters hand (who praise God I did NOT Not NOt Hit! and cursed me as she walked away. As an insurance agent I have Millions of dollars of coverage in case I hit you. Thank God she was OK. Oh by the way, I NEVER pull forward into a parking spot!
