If they sell you a system worth a bunch of money and it becomes useless because they think they're allowed to tell you how to use it. Find where Microsoft is and take something of there's of equal value they owe you money.

It doesn’t stop you from using the system but you can’t do anything online which isn’t included with the Xbox

Recycle your old systems. Don’t destroy them. Someone needs those resistors, compacitors, power supplies, hard drives etc. OR… Mod it and use it as an emulation machine. The One X is an emulation beast!

There is another way to unban the hardware but it aint easy either be a friend with a employee/admin or work for microsoft at the xbox live division

I never knew this either, a guy near my area listed it as banned and is selling it for $35 so I’m trying to see if it’s worth it or not. How pathetic of that guy to scam you though, I’m so sorry to hear this

@@richallenxbox1976you do realize there's a chance that he got banned for no good reason right? It's not like they really check very carefully because frankly they have too many people to check. All it takes is someone reporting you over and over and over again. Or they harass you by baiting you and messaging you and then until you get to the point where you messaged them back and they report that. All so they can get their jollies off because they managed to ban you.

You could use a pc to delete all data including the os off the hard drive then redownload xbox os on it

Stupid idea. Costs just as much to switch out the motherboard than to buy a new xbox one.. And theres no guarantee that the new motherboard isnt banned either

As long as the account wasn’t also banned then yes you can move the account and use it on a different console.

The suppose team that investigate people they don't have much time to investigate..... My understanding is they have a limited amount of time to concentrate on each case because there's so many of them. And of course Microsoft doesn't want to words too much money in hiring these folks.

my account got ban like 7 years ago same time my xbox got console ban i just got the new xbox series s after playing ps4 since 2017 is there a way i can add my account that got ban with the xbox back onto my xbox series s without getting that xbox console ban (My Account isn’t ban anymore just the xbox obviously.)
