Glad to see that everything is going well. I'm glad the surgery went well and that the food seems to be to balanced. Is that juice you're drinking or flavored water? And yeah, when I used to do strength training, I would do the shake before excercising, but when I get back into everything, I might try that stuff. In any case, you're looking good, glad you're doing well, glad the diet is going well. Good on you Jeff!

Dang! 68 pounds is no joke. Congratulations!!! You are doing great. Thanks for all the tips too. Question for you, why can't you take all your vitamins at the same time? I'm wondering, because I take vitamins everyday at the same time, and now I'm thinking maybe I should be doing it at different times.

Wine & Horror I was told it’s okay to take some at the same time but not the calcium and also iron I guess those need time to work. I’m sure there like a science to all this witch now I’m interested finding out more
