Hi there, Jimmy & Tah. Just to let you know that when you had the Hokkien Mee, the noodles consisted of yellow egg noodles and the white one is (in local Malaysian language is Bee Hoon) rice vermicelli/rice noodles. You can have it either with yellow noodles only or with the vermicelli only and yes you can also have both mixed like what you had eaten. The broth is made from the head and shells of the prawns cum pork bones.

This list is approved by a Malaysian. A twelve year old one at least. But there is still so many food you have not eaten yet. Btw, is the nasi kandar in penang? If so, I know the best one by far is the one beside a hotel and you have to start queuing from 5:00am for the freshest one.
