Ok so just wanna let people know (if they don’t already lol) what I do to make sure I get up and get ready on time is (obvi set an alarm but besides that) a week before school starts go to bed at like a normal time (aka like not 1 am lol) and set your alarm for the time you have to get up for school so that way your body is adjusted to the new sleeping schedule, hope this helps!
