I'm going to buy one used for only the wheels for the crusi, so since I cannot find wheels separately on the website on the US platform sadly. Idk why

Hi please can you tell me how to fix this? My carrycot on my trailz - the safety dot thing doesn’t turn completely green when clicking in. It does click in as you can hear it but you can still see a tiny amount of red on the safety dot. Is there a way to fix this please?
