Fantastic results. I have a NuFace device that I would like to use 12 days in a row, but the gel that came with it irritates my skin. I've tried some of the diy gel suggestions and even water with trace minerals. Haven't found anything that seems to work well and doesn't leave my skin feeling irritated and dried out. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks for your help.

You can use it daily but not always necessary. Depends on your age, health, fitness level etc.
