I should have watched your video 11 years ago. It’s truly an eye opener. The greatest mistake we made is we built a house back home and we are paying off now. Many people make the same mistake.

Its simple follow these rules to buy a house successfully in u.k 1. Make sure your english is good to a native speaking level and you have common sense. No squeeze me , combatively and all tat 2. Then get genuine education or job in uk( not for visa purpose) . 2. Get a good paying job after univ. Save money. 3. Maintain a good credit history like in any civilized country it will help. 4. Once you have done the above 3 you will easily get mortgage. Tada magic Stage 1 - Find a property you can afford. Stage 2 - Make an offer. Stage 3 - Arrange a solicitor and surveyor. Stage 4 - Finalise the offer and mortgage. Stage 5 - Exchange contracts. Stage 6 - Completion and final steps. Goodluck
