I wear carhartt pants and camo hat and camo short sleeve under armour shirt with boots. Stool for me to sit on, grocery bag for birds, stool had pouches for birds, and a book bag for snacks , Tp, drinks etc

In socal wearing camo definitely helps when they come flying in

I am so ready for dove season to start up

Dove season I generally wear Camo Short Pants under a 3d Light weight Leaf pattern suit it has breathable mesh and a Camo floppy hat instead of the old style ball cap . For my Dove I made a Lanyard to carry them . It similar to a Duck Lanyard but you can hook it on you belt and let the Dove hang from it . Enjoyed it Josh .

Spray your pants with Pyrethrum (tick repellent) for all early season hunts.. spring turkey too!

I like brush busting type pants just due to stickers and what not. Other than that t-shirt and a hat. It’s usually around 100 on the opener for doves here in the Sacramento valley.

To hunt dove in WA st you gotta use hunter orange 400 square inch's. The equivalent to one vest and hat. Get caught with out ticket time.
