Sister I have got selected for tcs digital 7lpa (44k inhand) and Accenture 4.5lpa ASE role and Capgemini 4lpa which one should I join... I belong to 2024 batch

I would say go for TCS Digital, simplye because they are paying around 50% more, and both are service based companies so not much difference growth wise. Also, better starting salary = better switch in future. Btw do note that accenture is more likely to give your preferred location than TCS.
