The only way to get those in charge to behave on behalf of ordinary people is the threat of violence, or ALL OUT VIOLENCE. The vast majority of political leaders only care about the wealthy few. This oppressive government lives in opulence, traveling in chattered flights, president has had 63 international trips in less than 2 years. He has already taken just as much loans as the last regime did in 10 yrs. Even though the last regime was not corruption free one can see a lot that was done with the loans even if a big chunk of it ended in private pockets! For the Ruto government no a single project has been done! Yet tax has been doubled and they want more! Life has become unbearable for many. Many are becoming jobless since many companies are leaving due to high taxation and corruption. Kenya 🇰🇪 just want him out. The budget even includes an allowance of 800 million per year to Rachel Ruto and 2. Lady who holds no political offices in Kenya! Millions to renovate again white house and deputy presidents office which were already renoveted last year. Too much wastage everywhere and no benefit to the citizens who are taxed heavily! Funds for free education and medical care are reduced and many more that directly affect the citizens!!

Taxes should be used for the benefit of the country and citizens livelihoods; not to enrich politicians 😢😢😢

This regime of Ruto talks about debt burden, they still can’t articulate how much debt we are in, where this debt went to, and most importantly let’s not forget that Ruto was the deputy president when this mess was created…how can he distance himself from this stuff and be unable to articulate the issues herein. His cronies are living in abundance as we speak whereas most Kenyans are suffering….Ruto must start by revoking this tax recommendations and move on to dealing with the real issues of governance

what triggered it is refusal to listen to reason. kenya has dept that is not by the current government, the national wedge bill is above 70% ocasioned by the gavanance system, the government in addressing the situation had to increase taxes but the people wouldnt acept that. my question is by overthrowing the government will the situation change? the fact about wedgebill and dept will still be there and the solution will remain the same.
