Wayne said a thing about Atlas that resonates with me he said God sent him to them for a reason and it’s so true. Model parenting. I used time outs with my daughter too when she was little. And that was effective. Occasionally she got a soft slipper on her bottom, never whipped her or verbally abused her, just a soft flip-flop or three slaps on the butt cheeks depending on the age. She reminds me to today how I grounded her on her 16th birthday. But that hurt me more than it did her, something she'll understand when she becomes a mom. Today she is 21 and making me proud every way. Loving your children is giving them the gift of firm but loving discipline. We are making them citizens of the world, not just home. I love the positive and responsible tone of your videos. Goes to show that wholesome family values can be entertaining. We don't have to pander to the seedy side just to get likes. But, different strokes for different folks. Know your audience and serve them, and you'll keep growing. Keep it rolling, Mitchells.

Tami, I love you and your family, but Atlas behaves like that because he knows he will get away with it. Fives minutes without a tablet is neither punishment nor consequences. I’m not advocating kick dung and bax dung like most of us grew up with, but negotiating with a toddler is the most counterproductive thing I’ve ever seen. Again, mi nah come fi yuh, yuh family or yuh parenting techniques. I also know that we only see a glimpse of your lives, but the way he talks to you is clear indication that he gets away with a lot...perhaps even far too much. Yuh haffi get stricter with Atlas.

I love the entire family; each with their own personality. This is the Marshall family, nice and unique, so we/ l can't deign to tell you guys how to run oonu ting. However, I would suggest that, from a place of deep love, that you guys be a little firmer with Atlas. Not to kill his vibes but he is smart enough to know that everything has consequences. Reinforce that word in his vocabulary. Involve him in deciding on his 'punishment' aka the consequences of his negative actions. I used to do that with my son. Many times what he chose was way harsher than what I would have administered. I used to be laughing on the inside and saying to myself, 'this boy is a real ediat'. But all in all it worked. He told me recently that he's going to raise his child (which is on the way) the same way! Love oonu. Love the channel. 🤗🙏🏽💯🎉

K.P TV hahahaha, that reminds me of a time. Mom had just bought a new wardrobe and me and my older brother was player kahrache(karate). I give him a flying kick causing him to land in the mirror breaking it. We tried to tape it together but was futile. I went to bed and hug my Grandmother tight that night cause I know there was going to be hell to pay. Long story short. Me and my brother didn’t plan what lie to tell Mummy so because I was my mother’s favourite she believed me and whipped my brother. My brother ended up giving back those beatings. The good ole days

Wayne’s Mommy’s grief broke my heart. I will pray that the Lord continues to strengthen her and her family. Atlas, my star boy, I love you no matter what, but please take it easy on Ms. Momo’s, Mommy’s, and daddy’s nerves. Jaxen, the responsible lieutenant, is the quintessential first born. Lol!! I cannot deny how much I love and appreciate you guys. I look forward to the videos. Something about them just puts me in a good mood even when it shouldn’t (re: the grave side scene which was heartfelt). I cannot thank you guys enough. I took a while to complete this episode. The raw emeotion I felt at the cemetery visit. It's almost 2 years since I lost my dad and 2 yrs n a bit since I lost my maternal grandmother. 2018 was rough for our family and I'm still dealing with it. Thank you guys 🥰🥰🥰🥰. Tammy I really applaud you because I struggle deeply with patience. I try to be more patient in my own home. It’s work that really gets me tho. Atlas will test the patience of the devil lol but he’s a sweet boy. Have to be firm. The way Jackson stepped in amazing. Good big brother.

That was touching. Your mom reminds me of my grandmother. I saw and felt the love she has (because even though he is no longer on here her love for him still lives on) for her husband. Thanks for sharing that intimate moment with your mom at your father's graveside. I shed tears of a common bond with her and deepen the connection I share with a family I have never met or exchanged correspondence. I know what she meant when she said she consults him for advice. I also do that with my dad who transitioned 4 years ago. He was a good human being. Thanks tonnes for your vlog. It brings me new joy with each episode (especially when Oz smiles or laughs) along with that lovely part of Jamaica that I miss so much and cannot access in the flesh, as I "live out my sentence" in a country teeming with man's injustice to man. It reminds me of the beauty of Jamaica amidst all the mayhem there....It means even more than I can fully articulate here. Thanks you sooo much. Blessings! Btw, how did you cook the pot roast? May your Dad rest in peace Wayne. My Mom passed away in August, so this video is quite emotional for me. He may be gone in body, but the memories and the love will remain. He lives on through you and your family, and in the way he has shaped your lives. Rest in peace Mr Mitchell.
