Hi - it stops very low and has at least 10, probably more places it can stop. I wouldn't worry about that. I would just be a little concerned I'd forget to stop it early enough if your ceiling is that low. Maybe there is a stop device they can fit to make sure you wouldn't hit the ceiling. You could ask them?

There are some lifts that have a small microswitch you can adjust depending on how high you want it to go before it stops. This is used in cases like yours with low ceilings. I can also add that some manufacturers use a electronic solenoid to "release" the safety latch so you don't need to get yourself an air-compressor for that.

Hi Danny. I believe many of these lifts are made in china and then sold by different companies around the world. I've seen a few that look extremely similar with components looking almost exactly the same but often in a green colour or different in minor cosmetic ways. So while I don't know an exact one that would be a match if you google for the same specification I'm sure there are ones that are pretty much exactly the same just under a different name in the USA?
