I don't know the reason but i hate those who give speeches in English. 😂 Why the hell all speak in English? Why people if this country is not focusing on our own single language dominating the entire world!!!!

Well they speak in English so that everyone could understand them. If she would have spoken in Hindi then only hindi speakers would have understood her then what about people who don't understand hindi?? In India where so many languages are spoken and there are 22 official languages a speech such as this must be given in a language understood by majority people in the country. Which is English.

@@rishikakrishna6550 dude, English is something which is away from the touch of every people no matter what language they speak. Until and unless you are not been admitted in a English medium school you can't master this language. In this sense it is also away from the poor people who constitute a majority in every state and among all language speakers. Only a small chunk of wealthy and middle class people have mastered this and it's influence is increasing. U know it's far away from the reach of village people who again constitute more thn fifty percent of our population.!!!!

@@rahangoel4955 I don't know dude....She's too old and static in her approach to understand the dynamism that civil services have cultivated over the years...Bas Zabardasti ka bina soche samjhe neta logon ki tarah bhaashan dekar nikal jaati h which is extremely insignificant for struggling civil services aspirants
