One of the most things i admired in your house and i am trying to apply it too at mine .. is the idea of the small masjed inside your home ..really this is a incredible way to build and strengthen" Iman" inside our souls ..and remind us that whenever we are lost there is still small space we can back and open our heart to Allah in ..charge our self with all spirituality we need through the whole day ..teaching our kids that Allah is there with us always in our journy ,standing by us all the time and Allah deserve to be in a special place every where . tabark Allah ..I can see your touch in every member of your family and surrounds , beautiful from inside and outside wallah ..Ma sha allah ,all respect ❤.

Yes dear, you have to keep walking or any kind of regular exercise. I had hard time suffering from severely back pain because I had disappointed with some people around me, so I gave up with being active and I stopped all my social communications and stayed home most of my time. The result was very bad physically and emotionally.
