Haha Chelsea, made us laugh with your nice healthy food choices, only to chow down on a potato chip roll. Haven't had one in years. Takes me back to school lunches. Enjoying your travels, keep up the great work👍👍

Hi Chelsea and Bryce 👋 enjoyed your food ideas tonight thank you. Our go to quick meal is a packet of chicken Rice-a-riso cooked with usually frozen pease and corn or fresh veggies ( sorry Bryce 🤪) and when almost cooked add a stripped bbq chook 🍗 It is really very tasty and takes less than 15mins. You can always chuck in a can of drained pineapple pieces at the same time as the chicken to give it a “tropical taste “ Regards Deb/Ron P.S. Go the Roadstar 👍👍

We were just in Hervey Bay marina, left yesterday for Tin Can Bay marina in our caravan on water before the storm. Heading home to NSW after 5 months in the Whitsundays. Enjoy your travels

Love to see what others do to snack on the move. This trip we fell into the trap of sweets in the console. Found a healthier alternative in the Rainbow Beach butchers. The beef jerky was so good, heaps of protien so you don't get the nibbles for sweet stuff,and it takes longer to eat so the calorie count stays lower.

LOVE those Coles and Woolies recipe books too haha! Our go to lunch is roasted chicken, slaw, and mayo rolls...easy and tasty! 😋

The meatballs looked great. I make a rice dish. Dice up half an onion pan fry in some butter add 1 cup of rice, a small can of corn kernels with the juice, 1 1/2 cups of water approx 2 tbsp of chicken salt, I also add a few turns of the black pepper grinder. Bring to the boil and turn down until the rice is cooked. This is great with bbq and salad.

So loved seeing you guys eat on the road, quite similar to how we eat (minus the gluten and lactose 😝). It always surprises us when people think you can only eat canned food while traveling. Keep up the great work.

Chip roll I have not seen for decades. Always was a good idea. Bryce broccoli is a good veggie, I tho can not stand cucumber so we’re all different. I like you food ideas and will suggest them to my executive chef(she who is always right).
