Love to see how other folks do their thing Ronny. Would love to see a video on a post-trip reset. For the truck and the equipment: What do you replenish, clean, maintain, upload, repair, inspect etc. Do you repack right away, or put things back on the shelf?

Wife in the background partially viewing, listening and commenting: "How come they can carry so much stuff? There's only 2 guys" "Look, there's so much room" "Why do we put all that gear on the roof and he's got almost nothing?" blah blah blah. She quietened down when I informed her that yes they are 2 guys but 2 cars (and a third) AND each of the 2 cars can carry about 150kg more than we can. AND this is why I am looking at an off-road trailer. She quietens down more when I remind her that 2 adults, and 3 kids (16,14, 7) take up nearly 1/2 our carrying capacity. Keep these videos coming....

I wrote to the guys at travel buddy about lock your hubs video on road chief vs travel buddy through road chef webpage. Never got a response back. There a lot the web about road chief door catch and front door insulation. Next have a look at the internal wiring. There a up grade you have to buy to fix front door. But why don't they bring out vs 2? With fixes.

For showers, a nice solution I've used is a small garden sprayer. A 10-15 L or about 3 US gallons size is good for two people. Chop off the included hose and get one of those kitchen sink pull-out sprayer kits to replace it. We can throw a kettle on and add it to some cold for a comfortable shower. Give it a few pumps and you're in business. I've heard of people painting the thing matte black or even using a specialty high-absorption paint used on solar water heaters.

Hello Ronny and Torbs, i own a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder and your videos have encouraged me to start making small modifications, i've installed a a customized roofrack for a RTT and. Cargo storage (mainly jerry cans for gasoline) but i wanted to ask you if those DIY water tanks made out of pvc for shower or other purposes (not to drink) are recommendable? I know the weight is an issue but its going to be only full for long trips, not for every trip, keep those videos coming! Greetings from Santiago, Chile!! PS: i missed wayne on this trip!
