The weight came off too fast. It looks to me like she gained a little back because she was looking frail during the Maui fires when she was there. She looks good though.

@@paulabeecham1276 The problem is that Weight Watchers promotes a low fat diet. Therefore, the only alternative energy source is carbohydrates, which raises insulin levels. Insulin is your fat storing hormone. To lose fat, you have to EAT fat.

I'm hoping that they can mass produce it with many companies, and that it will drive the price down and up the production. This could be a big help for people trying to lose weight. Wegovy is supposed to be the only one for weight loss, but Ozempic is prescribed as well. Getting weight down can help greatly with health - even if a person doesn't have diabetes.

They mean a predisposition to high appetite, insulin resistance etc. a lot of normal weight people don't think or obsess about food much and couldn't eat that amount without throwing up, let alone enjoy it.

Yup. For a good 6 months last year, my poor diabetic granny wasn’t able to get any. Her copay was very little because she’s diabetic and all the supplies across the US were out because millions of fat people demanded it to lose weight and Drs complied. Diabetics should have had first choice to fill their stock before fat people.

Yep, I quit eating carbs and sugar because of type2 diabetes andI've lost 15 pounds since October 24th and now my blood work is almost below the " pre diabetes"range. I will not add another med to myself.

@@rororobertson Same here. Being on a Ketogenic diet for 4 years also removed all of the inflammation causing my respiratory problems and joint pain. The weight loss is a bonus.

​@@coldmorgueThey can, it's just really difficult if you have an eating disorder to overcome. I had to lose 50 pounds without 'proper' exercise because I'm disabled. I doubt physical therapy does much for weight loss though lol. Gain and lose, but you have to prove to yourself you can do it, and when you're already there your will to stay on track is stronger because the weight is lost already and you don't want to ruin your work or do it all over again.

For me, I ate between 12pm-3pm, and I usually ate Salads with a piece of fish. I didn't eat sweets, or drink coffee. My diet was restricted, but I went down two pants sizes in 3 weeks.

I’d love to try fasting but that seems so hard to go without any food and in my case any coffee because I drink coffee with creamer every day pretty much. I’d really like to try that though

@@littlebanshee I drink one cup of black coffee every day even when fasting. Sometimes things SEEM hard when you hear about them, but test it for yourself gradually. Try to stop consuming any calories by 7 PM and resume consuming calories by 10 am - then the next day until 11 am . Check out Dr. Eric Berg he is my to go to to learn about health.

Exactly, the long term effects will be brutal. Once you mess up your digestive track everything else goes down the hill. It’s nothing to play with. She has personal chefs and trainers and can’t do it naturally. Blames it on whatever.
