$5,000,000 for a center console? You can do anything with an unlimited budget. The test of a good designer/builder is what they can do with a very limited budget and power. Pretty boat though.

That was an awesome job at presenting a totally awesome boat. Makes me want money. Without that we would be talking about a canoe. Sometimes the best part is the envy that it creates. Thanks for sharing the building your own boat your way with really good help. It's got to be a really good feeling to be on a boat that big and cut through the waves at 70 Miles an hour. Plot Twist; the same boat within 4 engines using Sharrow props will go faster but with less fuel consumption.

@@RadDadisRad iirc the Merc 600s are 1260lbs each. That guy is a good salesman but $4.8m would be a hard pill to swallow and over 65k lbs. I wonder which storage unit could pick that monster up with its forklift...Leaving it in the salt would be devastating to the hull but there are places that have those heavy duty lifters at the docks.

Wow, all I can think of is the 72 spark plugs, and they are probably those iridium ones at $40 odd dollars each....close to $3k just for spark plugs....that's another level for sure.

Anyone that didn't see this coming is blind or under estimates the power of money. Mercs idea to have the V12 take the place of two smaller motors was never going to be the case. Such a sweet and whisper quiet motor.

Does it come with security personnel? What do you say when some bad people in the Caribbean ask for the keys to your $5M bowrider? (Too much of a specific use boat for the money. Fun for part of the year if you live in South Florida or the Med, almost useless everywhere else people can afford it). I would consider a used (80’ to 110’) yacht, many available for $5M, first. Awesome boat, incredible build.....BUT! How didn't anyone during the build process notice the drooping fold out leafs on the rear table? It looks horrible. I couldn't get my eyes off them long enough to look at the six Mercs. I know, OCD is real. lol

@@alexnutcasio936 it’s a support vessel for a super yacht. MSRP is around $6M and this is listed at $4,975,000. I know a lot of people work very hard but wealthy people don’t work hard. Other people work hard, they just reap the benefits.

Here's the deal. I'm blue collar and self employed for over 20 years. I've never been given a job by a poor person. It takes wealth to create jobs no matter what type of job. I don't envy people who have more money than me, I just pull up my boots and get to it. They give me drive to be more successful in all areas of my life.

I'm a first officer on a yacht and I can say this with all forms of certainty... Not everyone reaps others hard work. My boss is one of the most hard working person's I've ever met. The people I've met through him are all just as hard working. I mean this with nothing but respect. If you met him, heard his story. You'd eat your words, an amazing person. Due to contract stipulations I'm not at liberty to say who he is, but if you're truly curious and a slight amount of novice research you can figure it out. The odds of you finding a "reaper" is lower than you'd think. About 1 in every 25 is a reaper. The rest are some of the most determined and hardworking people you'd ever meet.

In Miami there are loads of people who like this, but personally I would add a couple of millions and buy something more like AWOL. That is more my style and preference. Then again, if you have a 200+ feet yacht and you think you want to have this as well............go for it. 😀

The people who have bought these are probably starting to regret it by now. There are a couple for sale on yachtworld and while most of them are POR there is a 2020 with 5 brand new 7 marine 627s asking $2.75m following a $145k price drop two weeks ago. I believe that this is the one from the video is the one sale pending with a $4.25m ask on yachtworld right now. Can you imagine losing $1.75 million in the same year you bought it, $3.5+ million in two years?

Imagine the new owner of this ridiculous compensation thing showing off to his shallow friends dropping anchor in some beautiful bay, when a proper 75'+ luxury yacht anchors nearby, their crew preparing some nice proper dinner and cocktails for the comfortably housed guests - for the same price or less. It's like showing off with your 3M Bugatti and be blown away by the more powerful and more comfortable and practical Tesla costing a 20th of the price. I would just feel ashamed, but hey, if you have too much money to care for sense, waste it on whatever you want.

To be honest, those six motors look pathetic, the nautical equivalent of the proverbial small (but wealthy) man desperately over compensating for his inadequacies with ludicrously over the top motors! That apart, that's got to be one very well engineered transom!

With EU regulatory here in france, I think that this kind of boat with his 6 engines fully loaded with fuel, will send the owner directly in jail for 10 years with no parole :) Sry, be right back, I have to lower my heating system because my gas is now coming from Texas... Wait ! 🤔
