The moon cycle is a natural rhythm we have been following since the dawn of time. The moon cycles are etched in our psyche and we naturally respond to them without even knowing we do. Humans watched the moon's different phases and gave each phase a different meaning according to what they observed.
The importance of the Moon and its phases throughout history can be clearly seen by how prominently Moon phases are featured in the calculation of dates for major religious festivals.
it takes our Moon about 29.5 days to complete one cycle of phases (from new Moon to new Moon).
Each Moon phase is precisely 45 degrees in Zodiacal longitude - which means it covers 45 degrees of space on the Zodiac wheel.
The eight moon phases are:
New Moon
(Waxing) Crescent Moon
First (waxing) Quarter Moon
Waxing Gibbous
Full Moon
Disseminating (waning gibbous)
Waning, Third, or Last Quarter Moon

I created my own personal moon calender and have been using the zodiac to create self reflection questions to help me better understand the energies at play in my life and holy cow!!!!! This woman is so beautiful and I can sense her vibrations! She is clearly very wise and is an old old soul and has achieved enlightenment in this lifetime already! How lucky we are to have found her! I don’t know if this lady will read this comment but if she does I just want to tell you that I had an NDE and when I came back everything was different and I can sense things and I know that you are a very special person as is everybody but you have awakened to that fact and are harnessing the power of your spirit and everything that “all that is divine love in all ways, always“ has for you to avail of and the more that you realise how worthy you are because we are born worthy we don’t have to prove ourselves we didn’t come here to fix something that isn’t broken we came here to remember and to experience a different range of emotions other than just joy joy joy Joy joy joy it becomes the norm so occasionally we come here to experience different emotions so that we can appreciate joy more. Like a fish does not know if it’s in water until it’s taken out of the water and then when it’s put back it appreciate the water like never before, or simply put- How would we know Joy If we never felt despair!?! And we come here to become more conscious and to play the game of life and the more enlightened we get younger and younger the more challenges we choose at birth such as being transgender et cetera life makes no mistakes, I refer to source energy as life/God/goddess you cannot define the energy of the source of all that is, It’s Ineffable! Sorry I’ve gone on too long! Now might never read this! However everything happens for a reason so.... Maybe this is for somebody and I know that you will receive this on an unconscious level and your superconscious will feed it into your subconscious and then into your conscious during meditation or when you are feeling elation or a very high vibrational frequency! Thank you dear for the great yet simple explanation of the Moon phases🙏🏻♥️ We are so connected to the Moon cycle, especially women with their period too. Usually women get their period on a full moon to cleanse and ovulate on the new moon✨✨ It is amazing how everything falls in place with us being conscious or not! I thank you so much for this wonderful information. I have noted your summary on each phase, it is really well put together. I have been observing sometimes more sometimes less but surely over the past 2 years how I react to life at certain times of the month more intensely and how at certain times things happen with less effort and how at certain times seems like everything is working against me. So then I noticed those patterns and I first thought it's my menstrual and hormonal cycle that drives the way I react certain ways, but then I noticed its not only that, its something bigger, then I noticed that my feelings whatever they were at the time (anger, passion, aggression, euphoria) are much more elevated when the moon was big and shining in the night sky.. Then like I said I have been observing myself over the moon cycles, not very actively because we all have things to do and sometimes we forget that the moon is affecting us we get pulled over by work, responsibilities ect but then I kept coming back to this idea that The moon effect is much bigger than I thought and I started seeing that I can use its energies in my daily life, work, communications, projects, times for stillness ect. So noting them helped me to have a structured overview. Your efforts are much appreciated ♥️

Not sure what you mean we are always flowing with it without knowing. This is pretty specific and takes place within a months time and repeats all over again, its a consistent pattern. I dont know anyone who lives like this.

My wife and I are lunar Sabbatarians. We believe that the Sabbath, as described in the Old Teatament is based on the lunar cycles. This lunar Sabbath is actually hidden in plain sight in the Bible. So we rest every seventh day, according to the Moon (new moon, half moon, full moon, half moon, then one or two rest days until the new moon arrives again, where the cycle starts again). We have done this for six months now and my wife's periods have come exactly with the full moon every month for four months now. Amazing
