We know Fujitora isn’t from Wano bc we know that he was conscripted into the Marines through a Draft during the 2 year timeskip. Which means he’s from a country that’s controlled by the world government. Which Wano is not. Plus he would’ve recognized Kinemon and the other samurai during Dressrosa or had any kind of mention or connection. So despite his resemblance to a samurai him being from Wano is extremely unlikely.

Luffy wanted to be a pirate because JoyBoy wanted to be free and that freedom could only be achieved as a pirate. JoyBoy runs counter to Imu and the Celestial Dragons. As for Ace it’s kinda hard to tell, because without any options to hide Ace from the marines by using a marine, I’d imagine he’d go for the strongest member of his crew, or someone who understands how the marines operate. Whichever way you look at it, Garp is still the best bet to hide Ace from the marines. So if Garp becomes a Pirate the only difference would be that Garp would train Luffy, Ace, and Sabo to learn Haki. So by the time Ace leaves he’ll be strong as all hell, and Luffy would be closer to his post-timeskip self. It’s possible that Garp would take extra interest in Luffy noticing his JoyBoy characteristics and would actually try his best to keep the 3 boys on a similar team. Based off Garps protective nature and willingness to leave retirement for Koby, it’s possible he’d head out with them as well until he’s certain they could handle themselves. Basically the day the canon One Piece starts, Luffy would probably have Gear 4, and Ace would actually be stronger than Luffy still. As for Sabo I’d see him being the weakest, because he only has Haki while the others have DF (since the DF chooses it’s user it’s fair to say Ace still gets it, but in a different fashion) on top of their Haki training from Garp.

Depends on what the One Piece is. Akainu could easily destroy Laugh Tale which would diminish the number of pirates that would look for it. But this would not solve piracy as a whole although it would earn him the favor of the WG. However if the One Piece is the creation of the All Blue by destroying the Red line than this would make him an enemy of the WG but i have a feeling he would stil do it since he's as stuborn as Luffy.

@@w.8372 Yeah, I do think WHAT the One Piece is will be a major factor in this. 75% likelihood it'd be some never before told information that will shake the world to its core like Whitebeard said, info left behind by Joyboy that the WG would rather let die. If, however, it was something like a superweapon (maybe Uranus)? Yeah, I can see the WG bumping his Bounty to 10 mil easily for denying them that.

Mihawk would eventually aid The Straw Hats into rescuing Robin from Enies Lobby - even keeping Robin company in Water 7 while they rested. While Mihawk was training Zoro, he soon went to Tequila Wolf to check on Robin. Mihawk would even protect Robin during their time in Dressrosa - and soon in Wano Country; etc. Maybe he could even lend his assistance in the movies.
