The frustration of Sarri today when Kepa refused, moreover Sarri also looked at the players on bench in anger, then almost leaving them, shows players of Chelsea are not following his instructions for now almost 2 months now. This directly means that Chelsea players are very demanding, don't like if anyone gives them instruction. They have high egos. It was the maturity and more importantly coolness of Sarri who converted this in a misunderstanding, bcoz if there was anyone else like Mourinho, Sir Alex or Wenger even, Kepa would have been loaned till now.

Ive criticized Sarri the last couple weeks but today i must hold my hands and applaud him. He managed to shut the man city attack down and made the most out of a sub-par squad. Interesting note on that. In 2016 during the championsleague game between eindhoven and atletico it happened that i was in the same hotel as AM. The team was going to the bus and everyone was stopping them for pictures. Security obviously was restricting fans to take pics or approach the players too closely. Once everyone knew simone is in the elevator and coming to catch the bus the security guy goes like "if you dare to stop him for a pic do it. We wont stop anyone from approaching him. No 'fan' dared to approach him and he jusg walked straight to the bus without even looking at anyone 😅 thats simone for you.

That said, making it a red is only going to lead to inconsistency as some refs give it and some don't due to their interpretation of the incident.
