Love this idea! You should do a video on Succession too. That TV show has some amazingly expensive apartments/houses in NYC and throughout the country. Each character has a multi-million dollar apartment in the city and there are tons of big houses that they own as well so it would be cool to see a breakdown!

I used to work at Linens N Things I was the manager of the bedding department, I became pretty good at spotting guys who were moving out on their own for the first time, I could always tell they were lost by the look of confusion on their faces. That was the thing I really liked was helping these guys who had never had to think about thread count before. Oh Ryan..... Toronto real estate is actually pretty on par with New York, 13 million dollars for a penthouse was not new at that time either. Which is absolutely ridiculous, I am a Torontonian and Toronto does not offer nearly 1/3 of what NYC does for the same damn housing prices.

In NYC real estate, it seems like apartment and condo are used interchangeably. I have always thought of apartments as rentals, and condos are purchased. Is there a difference in NY that I don't understand?

I want the penthouse atop the Aldyn on Riverside Dr., with a covered area of 6000sft, a terraced area of 4000sft, a wide-open great room with 20ft ceilings, a 37ft foot pool on the 21st floor with a bar and grill, a nice office with a view, 6 bedrooms and the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a tub that has excellent views, a giant wine cellar, and views of both the Hudson and the bay.
