Hi There, I hope all is well. You may want to do an update on the school rankings. Potomac Shores Middle School is the middle school that is actually inside of the Potomac Shores neighborhood, but in my search it is currently unranked. Potomac Middle School is a different middle school in the area, that has the 4/10 rating, but our students here do not attend that middle school.

Shores Club and Tidewater Grill are not exclusive to Potomac Shores and are open to the public for those who live outside of the community. Marina was never originally in the plan and likely never to be built. Ground has not been broken on VRE Train Station. The video shown of the construction is for the projected parking garage not the station itself. Train Station issues have not been resolved and have recently run into issues as 07/12/2024.

Right behind Kingstowne in Fairfax County and Brambleton in Loudoun County and Reston in Fairfax County. Besides those three places, I think 🤔 you're right.

The area is significantly elevated from the river. If Potomac Shores floods, most of America 🇺🇸 is also underwater.

No floods! Lol This is the suburbs of Washington DC, We have no natural disasters here, 😂 None, Zero

@@xavierfischer6618 Parts of Alexandria and nearby areas flood a lot. What are you talking about? They should be required to post flood-prone signs in those neighborhoods that do. Therefore, I'm always going to ask that question. I refuse to end up in a flood prone area like many homeowners up there ended up doing.
