Have you been wondering what kind of condo you can buy for $700,000 in downtown Toronto Ontario? Well we've been thinking the same thing! Join us as we take you on a tour of 3 condos in downtown Toronto, Ontario all priced under the $700,000 mark.
The first condo is relatively new, the second condo is around 30 years old and the last condo is roughly 15 years old, which showcases a good variety of different condo styles which were built over the years.
Newer condos are generally smaller, but benefit from high end finishes, vast amenities and lower maintenance fees. Older condos will generally be larger, but they will have higher maintenance fees, and dated amenities offerings.

Thanks for sharing! You get a bit less interior space in the first one, but the other perks are great. Keep in mind that view won't last forever!

If interest rates move down like the "experts" say they will over the next 12-18 months, then I whole heartly believe condo prices will rise accordingly.

I don't think buying anything in Russia is sound advice at the moment. There's a reason people from around the world are choosing Toronto as their home out of all the choices they have.
