My grandfather's accent actually is very much like Taehyung's, and whenever I would meet his friends, they sound like that too (from Seoul and other areas) But yes, I think accent does depend on the place they lived in, like my other relatives who live near Busan have a different english accent than those from Seoul (just in my opinion). I think Taehyung might speak like that (in korean) because he has a lot to say, but either can't express it or wants to say it all at once and can't enunciate it, a problem among a lot of people, but for english the accents just differ depending on the person, tone, and deepness of voice as with everything, but has the same basis of "oh I can't pronounce this" or the common struggles of grammar and pronounciation.

@@emilys2562 I'd say he's actually pretty good at languages since he's great at Japanese and has shown tremendous improvement in English as well over the years so I think the boy is good at learning languages, the problem doesn't lie there. His mind just works faster than his mouth can comprehend so he often mixes up words and ends up sounding weird, also why he often avoids giving speeches and stuff.
