Hey everyone back again, so after many years in the Coast Guard I have seen a lot. I've seen things go right and wrong when on the water. This video I wanted to show at a minimum what you need federally required on you vessel. This isn't just for bass tournaments but to be on the water these items are required. Today I just go through my boat, some other boat sizes and outboard/inboard configurations require other items, but I wanted to show what most bass boats would need. There are some other state regulations that may apply to your area, be sure to check with you local agencies. Also I show some other items that keep me dry and organized out on the water.
