Pile 3:"You're smarter than your problems." Thank you for reminding me. 🎉 I stopped taking a drug (legal), oxycodone (semi-opioid) that's very addictive and it's a struggle for, but it's a week today since I stopped. The withdrawal symptoms are crazy and the so called withdrawal pain is bumped up and I just keep telling my body; "No you're not weak, you're still just as strong." I will keep telling myself until it shifts. I'm happy to hit the one week mark. I feel weak rn now but I need to keep going, moving to the future.❤

Group 4, its so crazy because I recently watched one of your videos on manifestation where you talked about accepting your current situation and finding happiness in it and THAT is what moves you forward and that it doesn't simply mean complacency in a situation you're not satisfied with, but rather showing the universe you're grateful for what you already have and are therefore ready for more. And then the first thing you said with this group was to look for the good things in a situation that isn't quite ideal. Its crazy how one's guides always read your situation perfectly.

Pile 3, I'm in medschool. I failed my first two attempts of an exam and it hit me like a truck 'cause throughout the year- I hadn't failed any of my other tests. I felt so demotivated and lost all my confidence- I've been trying to push myself the most I can to do good on my other exam which is coming up. I literally have to tell myself that you can push yourself through all of this, it's meant to be a life lesson and that failure is not you but an event- it doesn't define me or my hard work or my intelligence.
