What You Need To Know About Pandaria Remix Reputation!

With the return of pandaria comes the return of its factions, how do they work, and whats the best way to gain reputation with each faction? It's surprisingly simple, so let's go through the steps for Order of the Cloud Serpent, August Celestials, Shado-Pan, and others.

Thank you for your great reputation guides, they are very helpful. I’m currently trying to get the “Pandaren Ambassador” achievement whose reward is the “Pandaren Kite String” mount that I have always wanted. The one on sell for Bronze is the “Feathered Windsurfer” Where do I start the reputations for The Lorewalkers, The Tilllers, Tushui Pandaren, and The Anglers? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Hey @leonpender7466 Thanks for the comment! For those you will need to go to the actual Pandaria expansion since they are not available in Timerunning. If you are at Level 70 you can simply go to Pandaria although you may have to do some initial quests to get reputation like the Tillers started. You should be able to get the starter quest from the Heroes Call Board in either Orgrimmar or Stormwind.

Order of the Cloud Serpent, just hunt the area for the onyx eggs. There are plenty on the hills around instructor Tom to get exalted in less than 30 minutes. Especially on an alt with 100% xp.

You can also get the eggs from timeless isle, but yeah it's increadibly fast, had it done on the first day

@brad325is Yeah the egg hunting is definitely the quickest way. Got from Revered to Exalted in no time.

I’m already exalted with all these factions from playing original MOP. Is there any point in grinding these again? For the achievements it looks to be an option alongside doing quests and group content - you don’t need all of them.

Hey @mirandelf Thanks for the comment. If you do not need the achievements and are not concerned with the Bronze, you could probably skip them to be honest.

I was given the horde mount once I finished the final Dominance story quest and hit Exalted. Not sure if that happens for everyone, though. I wish you all luck!

Some of the reputations are buffed to the point of insanity. But a few of them are not... The August Celestials are not buffed in the slightest. Just so everyone knows.

@shep9231 Thanks for the comment! Yeah that is correct. And Emperor Shaohao is by far the biggest offender right now. It is definitely a Vanilla WoW type of grind.

I flew through the Golden Lotus rep in 2 or 3 days of dailies, it was awesome! Spoiled me for the other reps, though the Cloud Serpents seem fairly fast.

So anyways im horde and ive done every Dominance Offensive quest it gave me on the story. Now im barred with a rep grind and i dont know what to do to progress.

I had this bug as well, I just did a couple of world quests, log out and then the rep requirement was waived.

@dylanmurdock Have not seen this one. That is really odd and I have no clue on that one. I locked myself out of Kalimdor so have to do the storyline on another character now unless they hotfix that issue.

My only rep issue is on retail I have the 100 rep achv so why do I need more of the same grind lol

How are these "new factions to grind"? We were grinding these years ago. What am I missing?

@julianb4157 Thanks for the comment! There are way more players than you might think that never played Mists when it was current content so Pandaria is new to a lot of people. Something like Shaohao was brand new for me as well as I took an 8 year hiatus from WoW and just came back at the end of BFA.

@mre4680 Thanks for the comment and suggestion! Not a spec I have played a ton but nothing beats the spell effects for an Ele. Will definitely consider it.

August celestials dailies in Jade forest are available at level 20 though

@fluxarot And that's only if the rep carries over and we have access to the quartermasters. Really wish Blizzard would clarify what happens with these characters when they are transferred to retail.

The Warbringers coins are very fast way to get your Rep. I got lucky and killed three back to back and maxed out three reps from top end of friendly to exalted reputation.

@@TwoAngryFrogs both. I'm on a veteran free-to-play account, I haven't subbed in years. My first f2p lvl 20 remix character has done all quests in three lowest zones and explored the entire Pandaria map for achievements and awards. Cloak is XII. Started second remix character now at f2p max lvl 20. Working on getting rare armor from repeating Heroic Dungeons, and haven't started quests again except dailies and first scenario, heroic scenario, and dungeon rewards, being sure to pick up quests from remix bazaar. Working on rep with: August Celestials, (dailies only when they are at the Temple in Jade Forest) Anglers, (dailies only, including fishing up quest starter items to turn in to Nat for rep and rewards) Cloud Serpents, (questline completed, already Exalted, continuing dailies for rewards, serpents in inventory can't be learned until lvl 35) Operation: Sheild Wall (could not complete full questline as quest 'Divine Bell' requires lvl 25 to pickup the bell, continuing dailies for rep. and rewards)

Daily Qs are too boring, I am just farming Zandalari warbringers for rep tokens and pray to the gods of RNG

@user-qd8pb2xq7j I did notice the one in Jade Forest up by Sri-La Village spawns pretty frequently. I just sat at that location and ended up getting 5 of them in a decent amount of time. No flying around and searching required.

@vaylox09 That is something I had not thought of but yeah I can see this making it so there really may not be a lot of reason to return to MoP. But I think we are heading that way with Warbands anyway to be honest. Not that I am not excited about Warbands for sure.
