Singapore property market will seriously slow down. Property agents still tell you otherwise. Buy more than you can handle or max out. Be prudent !!!

Does it matter? When you sign the mortgage, you are already signing your freedom to the bank, the interest is the bank telling you to feed me because you take my money for your stupid house you like so much but has not freaking cash. LOL!
