Coming from Thailand Chaing Mai, the rent seems much higher in Bali, but the food seems similar. I'v opted for a guest house the first month but wow the room is small but have a pool at least.

Hello 👋 Great valued guesthouses around the more popular spots are becoming harder to find. Some are set up in a way that it's a good option to meet people & hang out by the pool. We haven't been to Chiang Mai in a while & would love to get back to Thailand to travel & explore. Hello! Your very welcome 😊 Yeah the Visa does add up when you take everything you might need. We both are on different health insurance policies and are finding they differ quite a bit. We still are exploring the best fit for us to be honest. There are good products out there & can depend on where you live currently. Will keep you updated :)

Hey guys! Great video - would love to see a video more about the Kitas Visa! I'm moving to Bali in March this year and thinking of the B112A visa, but will have to think of something long term if I want to stay a few years!

B211A Visa options can be great to come & check out Bali to see if you'd like to move here for a few years. Your right though it might not have the flexibility you want for a longer stay. @@steveandnadia Thanks so much! Excited for this video! Could you also do a video on where is the best place to shop for groceries for the best prices (fruit, veg, protein, etc) in Ubud? I have no idea what it's like to live there, only ever ate out all the time haha and I don't think that will be sustainable long term haha! Thanks guys!

We've learnt that the best place to get your groceries would be at Pepito (which is your regular supermarket and it pretty much has everything..we did change our diet slightly to fit to what is on offer). We tried going to local markets (which are open very early in the morning in certain streets and corners, but we've always been gouged for more money honestly. So we haven't had the best experience with local markets...BUT we think the longer you stay here and create connections with certain vendors, you're going to find THE ONE. Love watching your vids! Does this Kira’s Visa allow a person to work remotely, e.g work for a NZ company (on NZ salary) but live in Bali? Would love to know more in your next vid!

Thanks Tatjana! 🤗 Technically, you can only work for a company that sponsors your Kitas, which is the company you need to establish here in Bali. It is called a ‘PMA’ and is required for Investor Kitas approval. We are currently chatting with our Visa agent to get some more details for you & hope to do a more thorough vid real soon 👌

I have business e-commerce In building it but i live In Jakarta. You should see capital city sometime Building connection and collaboration meet new start up In Jakarta we have a lot, if you want to make e commerce 😁. Small apartment In Jakarta like residence here around $300 - $1000 but highrise around $1600 - $2500. But Bali have a good start for building community.

Hey James! We signed a 12 month lease upfront. Some owners give a discount the longer your rental period.

Hey! Is there a way to get KITAS visa without actually having a job in there? Please we would appreciate if you guys make a video about in that topic too 😁 Im working remotely right now and planning to move out to Bali soon, so I was wondering if I can get multi entry visa for a longer period of time (more than 6 months)

Hey! 😊 The Kitas visa allows you to work for yourself / the company you establish it is called a ‘PMA’ and is required for Investor Kitas approval. This would allow you multi entry & valid or 1 or 2 years (depends on which is best for you). Things have changed- DON'T GO!!! Prices have TRIPLED with more and more tourist (esp Russians!) CRIME is out of control and getting worse every day!! No one wants to admit it, but STAY AWAY - Thailand is CHEAP, beautiful and SAFE!!!
