My brother/SIL live in Galveston. They have a plastic file cabinet for important papers. If they have to evacuate, they can just grab it and take it with them.

Great video. I want to get a vacuum sealer and some oxygen-water packets to seal up some crunchy snack foods like wasabi peas and banana chips and stuff. Lack of snacks is kinda pissing me off right now too.
