To be honest, one of my favorite songs still hasn't been mentioned. To this day, I've loved the song "Happy", mostly because in some weird way it feels like someone understands. A lot of songs are like that with Mitski for me, but Happy especially hit me hard. From the hints of always feeling abandoned and left to pick up after others, only being able to go into relationships expecting them to fall apart. It's painful sometimes. It's painful to get anything done because of that fear that after it's all over and done, I'll be alone again. But enough ranting. Two Slow Dancers is so pretty, you can't prove me wrong.

And I haven’t heard liquid smooth but it feels like a song I can really like and relate to too 😀 This stuff is not relevant but: I was never a big mitski fan I heard only a few songs and saved 2-3 songs to listen to daily but these days I’ve been listening to brand new city more and more and every time I hear it I start crying because the lyrics and how she sings the lyrics is done in a way to say how they are becoming worse and worse and becoming slightly more exhausted and feel like they are losing their sanity a bit

One of my favorite mitski songs is burning hill, and it's because i see it as the feeling of being tired of growing up, letting go of the things you love and giving up on your hopes and dreams, then realizing that you have no control over your life and self-sabotaging yourself because you want desperately to be on control of your life, and then being sad because of your mistakes and getting numb because you're never gonna get what you want, or be what others expect of you.

i relate to all of them :) life’s okay. Yeah I can hurt sometimes but I’ve been learning to let it all out recently after well keeping it all bottled in for well almost all my life, I just start crying when someone gives me a hug , I can’t stop it but it’s not even becuase of recent problems since well all of my friends left me and left me a note of. All the things they hate about me , yeah it hurt a lot , but I’m getting over it and it’s okay to cry I’ve learned that recently I’ve always thought if u cry your weak or I don’t know I just didn’t think crying was appropriate but now honestly they were toxic all I tried to do is give and give love but they JSUT received it and thought “oh she likes me or Sm” I DIDNT MEAN IT LIKE THAT I ended up making them feel uncomfortable and I understand that you wouldn’t wanna be my friend cuz I just brought pain, but I listen to you. When no one else did I invited u to our friend group and u just come and. Make me look bad . I’m rlly sorry but honestly I’m happier without them. All they did was br8ng me pain since I was always Apologizing for no reason. Somethings they said were things that were misunderstanding but they didn’t bother to learn my side of the story. But it’s alright I’m happy if their happy. Im glad to see them happy with each other , I guess they grew closer talking bad abt me b7t honestly it doesn’t bother me anymore. I’m happy their happier without me since I’m happier too. I got new friends, sure I still sometimes cry cuz I don’t have. A close friend but it’s fine my new year resolution is to get closer to the new friends I have now. Oh yeah also they started to bully me sending me notes like all of the notes I send when they were sad they crushed them and trashed them on my desk , and they send me. A note that said “ Stalker Freak” becuase someone was logging into my account so I tried to find out who it was , but apperantly I’m a stalker now. It’s ridiculous honestly. But it still hurts yk? I just wish I could go back to the good old days 2020, 2019, the beginning of 2021
