I had pink eye for Splatoon 2 and that was too spot on. I put on whatever outfit I thought looked cute that day and I had no interest in what abilities, food and drinks did. Because I got 3 at launch I thought I might as well learn wtf this is and it made such a huge difference in my gameplay 😂. Now I have white eyes for 3 and that one is not accurate I play only open and salmon run and don’t care about ranking up.

I always change my eye color depending on the outfit I'm wearing or the mood I'm in. But when I first began to play, I chose the pink/green eyes and I have to say it's somewhat accurate 💀💀

i’m a teal eye player and it was mostly true. I absolutely crave splatoon lore and even told a friend who knows nothing about splatoon, so much about it, and they were obviously confused 💀

I use black eyes because it always blends well with the Retro BluFocals. There's no eye color that will match the ink color automatically, so I use that gear to replicate that effect.

The pink + green was surprisingly accurate, I've started to try at least one of every weapon class since I only played rollers and brushes in Splatoon 2 And blasters always kill me.

As for someone who uses Tan eyes, I feel called out in a way 😭 I'd always end up in the water or off the map during matches and it's become an actual talent at this point 💀

For the Yellow and Orange i'd say you are fully accurate, although personally i don't use Splatanas as often, i just change it up to whatever weapon feels fun to use, other than that, you nailed it. So good job dude

As an Orange & blue player I do say that the gun part is true sometimes, but I do have a massive addiction to playing the story modes in both 2 & 3, its quite accurate.

As a Purple-Eyed player, I can only really agree with being unable to control my anger to some extent. It depends on how many matches I lose in a row. My breaking point, being at around 8-10 matches lost in a row. I chose purple mainly because I am a purple/violet lover (heck, I made an entire character revolving around the color purple and named him "Vio"). But, if I was to fit how you described players by their eye color, I would most likely fit green eyes.

As a purple-eyed player, half of that used to be correct-- I raged a LOT at the game. But I do think Splatoon 3 is superior, probably BECAUSE it helped me stop raging. Weirdly enough, being able to interact with other players in the lobby can calm me down, even after a loss. It's hard to rage at other players when you're too busy squid partying with them in the lobby lmao-

As someone who mostly has Olive eyes outside of splatfests or big run (since I like changing stuff up for events), I can confirm I'm at least a good drawer.

I changed my eye colour from blue pupils to teal just because I consider myself very knowledgable in the lore. Having recited the lore from memory about 3 times to your friends is being knowledgable in the lore, right? I watch Splatoon icebergs in my free time, even ones I've watched about 4 times already...

I go with blue pupils purely because the Iris more close matches my irl eye colour. As for how it matches me I play shooters as a secondary weapon class (specifically splattershots due to the hero shot replica for completing single player), but I normally will play either of the stringers so that part doesn’t fit me amazingly. And as for blaming my team for losing I only do that in splatfests because it so often feels like my teammates are intentionally throwing either by inking almost nothing when they have a heavy inking weapon or letting me get killed repeatedly by a hydra splatling despite them having an E-litre scope making it their job to cover the rest of their team especially from other long range weapon types and instead getting the lowest splat count on the team. Like when I splat the hydra splatling with my reeflux more times than you splat anyone on the enemy team while you are playing e litre it feels like you are throwing. Really though it’s only frustrating because it lowers my power level which increases the number of teammates I get like that which due to me liking to play more supportively only lowers my power level more which in the end forces me to swap to a splattershot because that’s the only way I can actually carry my team at low power levels and I don’t get to have fun playing the weapons I like more. So during splatfests it’s super accurate any other time not so much.

I’ve been using cyan and orange since Splatoon 3 came out and I am indeed a streamer (streamed Side Order last week) and I own every single Splatoon Amiibo and most of them are still boxed. I will say that for other people who have the Blue Pupils that is correct but for me who has them, I'm chill while mostly playing Anarchy for the Catalog and Main Clash Blaster. And yes ik some people are gonna say that Clash Blaster is bad or oh it's so easy to play Tower Control with a Blaster. But tbh I dont really mind what people say about it or anything else in Splatoon 3 for that matter. I just play it for the fun, Weather it's normal Turf, Anarchy, Salmon run, Splatfest, Big Run, or Challenge, I am one of the most chill person you will ever meet in Splatoon. Tho I will also say that most of the eye colors rn are still correct to this day but maybe a update is needed in the future, Keep up the good work!

Orange and blue here. The only thing you were right about was me being a splatling main, specifically the ballpoint. My amiibo collection is entirely legit, and completing the story mode was one of the first things I did.

So I had to check which color eyes I have and apparently it's the pink and green. I main the Splat Dualies mostly, but the other parts are true! Handheld mode for life, plus I absolutely love switching weapons constantly to try them out, though the Splat Dualies will always be the most comfortable for me

Been a yellow eye player since all my friends had purple in sploon2. Felt very complimented. I'm really only a s+1 or 2 player - mostly cause I can't play that much and it feels bad to have rank reset before I'm done climbing. I haven't messed with x yet but it should be fun. I guess that was relatively accurate even if I wouldn't really call myself a great player.
