These days if you openly stand against sin youre titled a bigot or uncool or intolerant. Its a difference to despise sin or to despise the person who falls into sin. If i say get right with God and repent people see it as an attack as somethin aggressive or overreaching when i mean it out of love because i dont want them to continue on the broken path theyre on and perish. We are all guilty of sin... Every man or woman alive has a sin in their lives, we are born that way, we need to repent on a daily basis as we are sinful people.. If one thinks they have NO SIN, they must be God or Jesus, that is why we are covered with Jesus's blood and forgiven, for our sinful nature. Praise be to God, for the blood of Jesus.

I was actively sinning and had the thought … I’m going to be face to face with Jesus someday and I want to run to him with as little shame as I can. I want to be able to look him in his eyes and lift my head. I mean I know I’ll be a weepy mess haha but I want my gown white as snow. I do understand past present and future sins are forgiven. I just can’t wait.

What our world needs today, Is bring God back into our Schools, Governments, Families, Churches and our Countries. We are so caught up with the evilness we forgot who we truly serve. I KNOW! If you are against the sin of homosexuality and say that to anyone then you are in the wrong for being narrow minded and homophobic. If you say you are against abortion you are against woman’s rights. The times have sure changed. I’m 76 and I am a sinner saved by grace through faith in Jesus. I thank God for knowing and admitting I am a sinner. It an old fashioned concept to admit you are a sinner before God.

Keep up the good work, Pastor Breaker. The church I was baptized in is losing their pastor of 7 years, as well as a neighboring church. I know online isn't the same as gathering in person with other believers in the Blood of Jesus Christ and his Resurrection. But the brick and mortar churches around here all seem to want to belong to national or regional organizations that appear to put some worldly values and statements in their mission or organization purpose. Why can't they just be Gospel, scripture, and prayer?

I’ve seen a post saying there ain’t perfect believers we all know that. But we all know right from wrong don’t we? The same way most ppl want to live and avoid going to prison, jail and owing the government. Same way we should avoid going against the word of God.

God has given us as believers a problem solving device for sin and that is found in 1John1:9. Name, site, agree with as in a court of law (homologeo) your sin and you will be cleansed of all sin and wrong-doing. And you are filled with God the Holy Spirit.

This morning the pastor brought a big wooden cross up to the front with a big wooden box. He told us to write all of our sinful ways (ex: prideful, fearful) on a card then we brought those cards up to that cross and left them there in the box.

A few more common ones....anger, impatience. Judging, worry, fear, self pity, ...

You are so right, we try to excuse our sin but even Adam had free will to choose partaking in the forbidden fruit, subconsciously knowing he could have stopped Eve but consciously allowing her to eat it first. Maybe to see if she would really die but also for excuses about his choices.

Wonderful message brother Breaker, as usual… I just have a question to ask you concerning Salvation.. I was reading the Bible in the book of Mark (again; absolutely love the Bible!) & verse 16:16, got my attention. To me it sounds as if Jesus says that along with believing in what He done for us on the cross, that we also “ must” be Baptized with water in order to spend eternity in Heaven with him.. I’ve never been Baptized but I throughly believe in Jesus & all He done for me(us) & that He is the only way to the Father.. I’ve heard some people say that you do have to be but then I’ve heard other pastors say different.And I’m like you, I don’t just listen to other’s opinions on biblical topics; I love reading it for myself as I consider myself knowing how to rightly divide the scriptures. & thank you for helping me with that brother Breaker. Amazing, Revelation 21:4 'And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: The former things have passed away. ' ( No more death is referring to death of spirit, because The Holy Spirit is quashed by wars, abuse, sin, hurt, slavery and oppression etc which take away peace and happiness and fall short of God's Love causing grief, pain, illness, sickness and death of the spirit leading to death of happiness and joy leading to depression, anxiety and sicknesses that in time lead to sickness and physical death. ) If there are millions of people on antidepressant and anxiety medication, then there are still millions of anxious and depressed people. Masking a symptom with a drug is not healing and so the fullness of the spirit and fruits of the spirit are lost and life looses joy and natural pleasure. This is why spiritism/pharmakia cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven and neither can the sinners. For Life in accord with God's promise for life we must walk in and by God's Spirit of altruistic Love for Life. Yup, the only time I talk about sin, is to illustrate to Bereans that God only gives his laws to ISRAEL (PSALMS 147 19,20) and Paul said In Roman's 4.15 and 5.13, where there is no law, no sin is imputed. Thus nobody living today is an ancient Israelite, and when the 2nd Jewish temple fell in AD70 (ended the Mosaic covenant)....this became clear that sin is a moot point.

As a Christian this is the most difficult thing 2 overcome. Is it possible to overcome the flesh? Aka being completely sinless ? Yes it is, they are called monks or saints. They will enter the kingdom of heaven. We as “simple” Christian’s, born sinners, using that as a argument, I don’t think so. The path is narrow. The light don’t go with darkness, sin not with holiness. We are commanded 2 make a choice.

How can you preach to stop sinning when you say you cannot stop sinning?
