Literally such a refresher from the mainstream asmr content I used to be recommended. Not like that stuff is bad, quite the contrary, it’s just I prefer more personality and uniqueness. Makes it better :)

I think a lot of people start fires for fun, as a kid it's such a powerful thing and it's fun to mess with something dangerous... until it isn't. I used to light pretty controlled fires just to watch them burning, and I know my friends used to light fires sometimes too. Some kind of basic human fascination we never lost for fire.

I also was a fire obsessed kid. The sound, the flames. I once almost dropped a lit match in a box full of paper. It didn't happen and I got an earful from my mom so then I stopped. Anything I could get my hands on I would play with, like paperclips. I'd twist them. Once I was behind a leather couch and I poked holes into it. (I was even younger here, like 6). I still have to listen to that story at every family gathering... It wasn't attention seeking, just curiosity. My lil sister once pulled a rug from under me. She also once cut holes in one our blankets. It's just kids being kids.
