Great video. I always use the fingerless weight lifting gloves. They protect your hands from calluses from happening at the top part of the palm of the hand. They are great for dumbells too.

You’re so cool Amanda!! I have some accessories in my gymbag too. I try to keep it as orderly as possible. I play basketball, so I shoot with my left hand, but I write with my right hand. So I’m ambidextrous.😄👊🏾🏀
