@@WhatsUrHomeStoryMalayalam majorly Cotton weaves from Orissa, Rajasthan, Punjab, Kashmir and Bengal for now. Not good with names...and all these are salwar suits in cotton... I have sarees in Bengal cotton- the very traditional weave there... Kanjipuram is a staple ...

@@sreedeviprakash3675 I think for mallus pattu saree is synonymous with kanchis. Didn’t even know a whole other world existed except for the ghastly fake benarasis we were sold on in the 90s .😃 I have started collecting duppattas. My Suit usage has gone down since sarees came to the forefront.

Hi Vidya.... Yes... I was never a big fan of Handloom sarees until my in laws gifted me some (my husband is a bengali). Nice!!! Also how much you know about it... I had no clue about any of these (I should be ashamed to admit it :-) ). Enjoyed it very much. Would have loved to see a pic of you wearing each one of them.

Never. I don’t use gloves when gardening, which is every day. So my fingers and nails are always messy. Tend to cut them very short to avoid chance of dirt sticking underneath.
