No disrespect to those people at all but Wheatus deserve so much more than people sitting in lawn chairs, a song that encapsulated a generation wether or not you were the cool kid or the outcast or whatever at one point we all felt like a “teenage dirtbag”

And he does cliffs of Dover at the end. His way of saying "I can do more than this you know" I guess. I like how they just seem happy to play their hit, Even bands like Motorhead sometimes looked miserable playing Ace of spades, and they had more than one hit.

I love that he doesn't cop out, that he still puts forth all the effort to actually sound good and sing the song right. Too many acts just do what's easy, change the chorus to a harmony or don't even try to sing the part at all and just let the audience do it. I'm off to check out Wheatus on KZfaq and find out what I've been missing all these years.

I just watch their VICE documentary and i feel it's a shame that this song doesn't get the attention because of the specific circumstances during those times but still it's such a cool story to tell!

@@-sensibleChris No. uses a foot controller for the distortion so he can gradually fade it in and out. He already did it that way in 2000.
