The F5 (and I'm assuming the F3) has a feature to email you a monthly report that includes total distance for the month. However, I understand why you want to keep track of your daily distance. I'm not sure if that's able to be seen through the app but I would think so. What's the distance you normally average in a day?
@Nerfunkal
@Nerfunkal 2 ай бұрын
@@masonx54 Oh that's cool about the app, my chair is from 2016 and I never messed with the app, I did notice when in the menu that that there's Bluetooth settings, the joystick is newer than the 2016 chair and maybe it has more features than I thought, because in 2016 Bluetooth was a separate module. I might mess with it and see. Anyway, I average about 3 miles a day, but it's usually like a few 1 mile home days mixed with 5 mile out days, with peaks up to 9-10 which is about when I need to be thinking of battery life.

I received my F5 Corpus VS in December 2023, and it features Power Platform Technology. The screens on my chair look similar to yours, but there are some differences when I navigate deeper into the program settings. Additionally, my chair is equipped with a sim card and a device similar to a cell phone that is built into the chair. This allows the chair to remotely install firmware updates and connect in real-time to the Permobil App. I am curious how you update the firmware in your chair?

I have the M300 and haven't explored much of the settings. I'll have to see if there's a way to silence those annoying beeps every time the chair is turned on or is switched from drive to positioning mode. While I personally don't mind the beeps and squeaks it's embarrasing like in the middle of church or class if i need to adjust my tilt etc. My control is like that of your old chair.

If you don't want to turn off the sounds completely, but are in a quiet environment, simply hold down the hazard button and then turn the chair off. You will be able to adjust all of your functions without the beeps. This also helps with keeping the joystick from accidentally getting hit. But if you need to move you will have to turn the chair back on and that will then beep.

Sometimes when I select the fastest on the ‘normal’ mode it will go to 6.2 top speed. BUT SOMETIMES it goes to a top speed of 3.2. WTF?! Last time I was in it it went to top speed 6.2. I THINK it was because I had all the ‘chair positions’ on the GREEN?! Sometimes if there is any chair position on yellow it won’t go too speed. What do you think?
