Today I ride another mountain pass this time in County Wicklow. I've had to split this video into two parts as there was just too much to talk about and see.....not to mention me running out of fuel! Great job Dave I love the sally gap. My fondest memory an Easter weekend mid eighties when we had the circuit of ireland rally I saw the Metro 6r4 go through the Flat out. We still talk about it. Love your take on things. Keep em coming.

Dave - having spent much of the last couple of days watching your videos I must congratulate you on the content. Absolutely excellent work, and looking forward to more. I hope one day you'll make it up to my part of the world - Co. Antrim. Lots of great roads/spectacular scenery/AONBs in the Glens and around the coast running from Larne all the way around to Mussenden Temple. Some of the views from around Ballycastle/Fair Head looking towards Scotland (Islay and Jura) can be breathtaking. Keep up the wonderful work!

The 3 wheeler you passed is a Can Am. Canada's contribution to the motorcycle world. They are actually very comfortable to ride but the steering is strange if you're coming from two wheels. They are built on snowmobile chassis by BRP.or Bombardier Recreational Products. Bombardier if memory serves supplied the motors and coaches for the LUAS

Fab video Dave. Have you considered having a look at Tomtom Go Navigation ? It`s an App which costs me £12.99 a year and it has all traffic and cameras. The really good thing about it is that you can plan your route on pc before hand and then send it to your device. I`ve used it to plan my days out in June in Co Down ! Just a thought 😃😃

It really is great for planning trips. You can click on any part of the route and drag it to cover quieter roads and so on ! You can get a weeks trial I think which gives you time to have a play with it and see if it might work for you !

Tara Browne heir to the Guiness fortune is buried just beside the lake. Just make out the grave from the road. Beatles song A Day in the life was based on his death in a car accident. Interesting book written about his short life and the life in the house near the lake there. They had some parties
