I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

Kentucky next and Don't look past them. That could be a Trap game because if they look ahead to the Georgia Game It could be bad.... Speaking of Georgia that's the real test here. They are the Kings of this Conference and right now it's no argument. If they can Slay Georgia then they will go to Atlanta but if not... Then it's gonna be a great season only to play a new years six bowl most likely. We will see but again Don't look past Kentucky and look ahead to Georgia. This game is an INSTANT CLASSIC! Tennessee really altered the college football landscape by knocking Bama out of the top 4 ranking and snapping their 15 game losing streak to them. This game was explosive and this 2022 matchup definitely will be talked about for years to come!

@@niss2142 the reason there were tons of penalties on Bama was 1) Their secondary could not cover UT’s receivers so had to play handsie trying to hold and interrupt their routes, 2)The crazy crowd noise levels forced a lot of false starts. Mistakes weren’t made as much as forced. It happens when playing one of if not the best offenses in college football in one of the loudest stadiums around.

Let's not forget about Bryce Young. I know you alot of these guys wont give credit but Bryce was the best player on the field Saturday. He orchestrated that come-back and had all the tools to win the game, no great receivers, and just like in the GA game last year he was HITTING them boys in stride with perfect passes and they WERE DROPPING them. Coming from a Bama fan most definitely this was game of the year both teams didn’t disappoint. Hooker and Bryce were absolutely amazing to watch and this was all around a great game. I strongly believe that this isn’t the last time we see the Vols. This has been reinstalled as a top rivalry for many more years to come. Great game Tennessee🙌🏾 Also Hooker needs to be in the Heisman race

Bama picked off the pass, game over, but wait what, the referees have a ten minute meeting to try to figure a way to rape Bama, and they did. Those same refs were helping the fans tear down the goalposts. That's a first, refs helping rear down the goalposts, then the tenn players carried the refs off the field, and they all got a game ball. Referees 52-Bama 49.

I wouldn't say that. Vols have a SR at QB and are probably filled with SRs in most positions. While Heupel was at UCF for the 3 years he had 2 double digit winning seasons before getting out of there because he knew the 4/5 stars were not coming there. The big question is, can he recruit for a SEC doormat like TN to compete against the Dawgs. Looking at the remaining schedule, they could end up losing 2 or 3 games. If that happens everyone will forget this game and Heupel will be looking for a new job.

This game and Rams vs Chiefs, Monday night game, like three-four years ago are the two football best games I have ever watched. College football is better when Tennessee is relevant, congrats Vols. Well earned, looking forward to what’s next.

Michigan and Tennessee were two of the programs me and a friend always talk about that College Football needed back in relevance. It’s just good for the game financially and for us as fans. Michigan, USC, Texas, Tenn, and at least one of the major Florida programs are big teams who have been down for too long

Illinois fan here. Michigan is scary good this year. I don’t think PSU was ever a real top 10 team, but they still shouldn’t have been beat so thoroughly by anyone. Michigan is nasty in the trenches and the defense is criminally under rated. Hoping for a good showing on November 19

Hands Down, The Best Game I've seen in a very, very long time! If you didn't watch it live, you missed it. You can't get what that game was by watching highlights. It was suspenseful. Definitely the best game of the past 10 years, or more. This game had BCS Championship Game Vibes. Pure 🔥

This will go down as one of the top games in history. I live in Tennessee. 2hrs south of Knoxville, and it hit my town like a "tone of bricks" when the Vols won! Streetlights, painted sidewalks/curbs, local shops selling Vols memorabilia, all my local Buffalo Wild Wings, Apple Bee's. It was Christmas for about 2 weeks!!!

Holy hell !!! Tennessee just keeps rolling ! What a truly amazing team. I'm so very happy ! I was freakin' during this game. I just can't express enough how completely blown away I am by the "never quit" attitude of these Tennessee Volunteers !! Even the Tennessee fans have been really awesome to me. A lifelong Pitt Panther fan ! First I gave them props after beating my boys a few weeks ago. Then I was pumped they beat Florida. But geez. It doesn't get any better than this !! I'm so happy for you guys. Also. Thanks to the totally classy Vol's fans that have welcomed me to join your fan base ! This Tennessee program has incredible talent, no quit in em', unmatched fan base. Hell. Congratulations !!!!

I don't get it. Just about everyone is calling this game great. WTF, there was over 100 pts scored, both teams have almost 600yds of total offence, Tide committed 17 penalties for over 100 yds. This game by all measures was lousy. This is football not basketball people. TN possessed the ball for less than 25 minute and scored 52 pts. That alone should get Nick Saban fired. I thought I was watching a B12 game.

I've been saying for years that College Football needs Tennessee to be a powerhouse again. It's great to see Tennessee in the conversation again. Always loved watching them as a kid. I used to loathe when my dad would put Star Trek: Next Generation on instead of UTenn v. Florida in the evening. (Yes, this actually happened). Games like this are why NCAA FB is the greatest product in American Sports. Better than the NFL, MLB, NCAA BB, and NHL. Every week matters. The stakes are high from August - December. Congratulations to you folks up on Rocky Top. I'd love to get to a game one day.

They need Tenn to be good, as well as Michigan, USC and at least one of the major Florida programs, if not two out of FSU, Florida and Miami. Football is just more entertaining and better when those teams are good. You can also put Texas in that conversation
